The Chairman of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kazakhstan congratulated the Orthodox people of Kazakhstan on the Easter celebrations

Metropolitan Alexander of Astana and Kazakhstan and the Orthodox believers of the Republic were congratulated on the holiday of Holy Easter by the Chairman of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kazakhstan, Supreme Mufti Nauryzbai kazhy Taganuly:

Dear Metropolitan Alexander!

I congratulate you, in your person, and all Orthodox Christians on the Easter holiday.

These days, Orthodox believers all over the world turn their prayers to the Almighty, asking Him to send peace, goodness and prosperity to everyone.

I am confident that the Orthodox Christians of Kazakhstan, as well as the Muslims of our country, will make every effort to further strengthen peace and harmony in our common home, Kazakhstan. Only through joint action can we achieve success.

During the celebration of Easter, when believers turn their gaze to their spiritual origins, calls for peace and mercy become even more relevant.

Thanks to the Almighty, as well as the efforts of the President of the country Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, stability and mutual understanding, calm and harmony are maintained in our Republic.

With all my heart I wish, through you, the entire Orthodox Church success in its efforts to strengthen the spiritual health of our fellow citizens, cultivate patriotism and strengthen civil peace and harmony.

I wish all Orthodox believers good health, happiness and joy, and you, dear Metropolitan, blessed help in your service to the Almighty and the people.
